(More customer reviews)The PHS300S is effective for it's stated purpose; converting a cellular broadband signal to a WiFi "hot spot". Getting to the point of trouble-free utilization is quite another story.
The unit is labor-intensive to set up and in short, reminds me of a cranky person asked to do a distasteful task. It will do the job, but only if you ask it the precise way that it wants to be asked.
The instructions are too general in nature and thankfully, the manufacturer's on-line help desk is, well, helpful.
We have been using the PHS300S for about a month, coupled with a Sprint Sierra Wireless broadband USB card. The performance is good and we are satisfied overall.
