I have the previous revision of fit-PC2, which is not supporting auto-on. CompuLab did not agree to swap to auto-on version, so the device was pretty useless for my purposes. Also 2D graphics performance is not that good, at least with self-installed Ubuntu (done all tricks advised in the forum), maybe that is fixed with the new rev or is better with pre-installed OS. However HD videos are running fine.
Also, I was not able to configure the box to be a wireless router (WiFi chipset did not go in the required mode). Another one to notice is that there is no VGA output, which is not a problem if you are not planning to use e.g. with a small, touch LCD, which rarely have digital inputs.
With auto-on, I think fit-PC2 is quite versatile box for various use cases, but study the forums first to be sure the box works for your specific use cases. Box is robustly build, and mine has been running steadily for months.
